Shipping & Returns

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Our orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom and Hong Kong (depending on the final destination to minimise transit times and mileage). 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

For our in-stock Essential Range - orders will be shipped within two to three business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after you place your order.

Everything in our Collection range is made to order because we believe in making things with intention and with you in mind. Product ships within two weeks after you place your order.

Standard delivery time (from order dispatch):

 UK and Hong Kong (local courier): 3-5 days

Rest of World (DHL or TNT / Fedex): 7-14 days

Duties & taxes

Import duties are included with your order.
All orders delivered to the EU and UK have a VAT included

Returns

If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you can return unused products in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving them. We are currently working to automate this process. In the meantime, please get in touch to organize your return directly.

We continue to make our Collection and we are doing our best to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. It may take a few days longer than usual for your order to arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
